About Me

My work as a therapist is rooted in the belief that healing happens through relationship, curiosity, and compassion. I provide a supportive space where you can explore your internal experiences without judgment and begin to understand the deeper patterns shaping your emotional life.

My Therapeutic Approach

I work from an integrative and experiential framework, drawing from:

  • Psychodynamic therapy: understanding unconscious patterns and relational dynamics
  • Somatic therapy: connecting with the body’s wisdom and stored emotional experiences
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): exploring different “parts” of the self and building inner harmony
  • Mindfulness practices: developing present-moment awareness and emotional regulation

This combination allows therapy to be both reflective and experiential helping you not only understand your experiences but also feel and shift them in a meaningful way.

My Focus in Therapy

At the heart of my work is helping you:

  • Build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself
  • Understand emotional patterns and protective coping strategies
  • Work through internal conflict and self-judgment
  • Strengthen emotional resilience and stability
  • Move toward a more grounded and authentic sense of self

I believe that symptoms such as anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm often make sense in context. They are signals, not failures.

What Clients Say

Clients often describe my approach as:

  • Warm and grounded
  • Curious and reflective
  • Collaborative rather than directive
  • Attuned to both emotional and practical needs

Therapy is a space where you do not have to “perform” or have everything figured out. We work together to slow things down and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface.
