I offer virtual psychotherapy designed to provide flexibility, accessibility, and convenience for adults (18+) across Ontario. My practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel safe, understood, and supported in exploring our inner world.
Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. It is integrative, experiential, and person-centred, meaning the work is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experience.
My approach
My approach blends several evidence-informed therapeutic methods, including:
- Psychodynamic therapy
- Somatic therapy (body-based awareness)
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Mindfulness-based practices
This integrative blend allows us to work with the whole person -mind, body, and emotions – rather than focusing on one aspect alone. Together, we explore patterns, emotional responses, and inner conflicts in a way that supports deeper self-understanding and healing.
Areas of Focus
I support clients navigating:
- Burnout, chronic stress, overwhelm, and midlife transitions
- Self-acceptance, self-awareness, and inner criticism
- Life transitions and new beginnings
- Self-confidence and identity development
- Loneliness, isolation, and emotional disconnection
What You Can Expect
In our work together, the goal is to:
- Increase self-awareness and emotional clarity
- Reduce shame and self-criticism
- Build self-compassion and emotional resilience
- Develop practical tools for daily life
- Support long-term personal growth and healing
Therapy is a collaborative process. We move at your pace, guided by your readiness and goals.
