Experienced Psychotherapist in Toronto
Feeling overwhelmed, lost, or alone? Feeling held back and confused? Looking for support and fresh perspective? You have come to the right place. As a Registered Psychotherapist based in Toronto, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Together, we can work towards understanding and resolving unhealthy habits, and discovering new ways to cope and thrive. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, grief, loss, relationship issues, or other concerns, I can help. With my guidance and support, you’ll gain valuable insights and learn strategies to improve your mental and emotional well-being. We will work together on finding solutions and ways to move foward.
Does Psychotherapy Help?
While life's challenges make you who you are, they don't have to control you. Through self awareness and trying something new, you may begin to see your fears, doubt, anxiety, and relationships differently.
A Personalized Approach
As a registered psychotherapist based in Toronto, my goal is to help you become increasingly unstuck. I can show you how even painful problems are information and potent opportunities for change and growth.
Meet Online
I offer virtual therapy to give you the flexibility, accessibility, and convenience you prefer. Online sessions can be as effective as in-person sessions. I offer a free 30 minute intro session to explore your therapy needs.
Integrative and Experiential
My approach is both integrative and experiential. Integrative means the therapy is flexible and holistic and blends techniques from various therapeutic models to meet your unique needs. Specifically, I draw from experiential approaches, including somatic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed therapies, alongside psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness practices. This blend allows us to address the interconnected aspects of your experience — mind, body, and emotions — creating a dynamic framework for exploration and healing.
My goal as a therapist is to help you explore your inner world, resolve emotional conflicts, and develop practical tools for personal growth. A personalized and person-centred approach makes it possible to align the therapeutic process to your goals, values, and preferences, with the intent to build self-awareness, reduce shame, and increase your ability to feel self-compassion.
