Will psychotherapy make me feel better?

Feeling better is a process that takes commitment and effort. While life’s challenges make you who you are, they don’t have to control you. Through self awareness and trying something new, you may begin to see your fears, doubt, anxiety, relationships, and life purpose differently. Acceptance, belief, curiosity, and courage are some of the keys to transformation.
